Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation deposit of £250 per week is non-refundable unless written cancellation is received within 6 weeks of start of holiday. In case of short notice bookings we reserve the right to retain 25% of the full price unless the accommodation can be re-let.
   
   
2. Security deposit of £200 per booking is reserved for damage to the property and/or its contents and any excessive cleaning costs if the property is left in an unacceptable condition. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday.
   
   
3. We will not be liable to offer accommodation before 3:00pm of the first day and you are required to vacate the property by 11:00am on the last day of the holiday but we will be happy to store luggage if departure is later in the day.
   
   
4. You are required to take care of the property and its contents and to report any breakages or any breakdown or defects in any appliances or equipment. You are also required to respect the nature of the lake and surrounding land and not to cause undue disturbance to residents in neighbouring properties.
   
   
5. You are strongly advised to take out suitable insurance cover for the duration of your holiday (including cancellation cover) and full cover for the party’s personal belongings and health.
   
   
6. If for any unforeseen circumstances or any reasons beyond our control we have to cancel your holiday all monies paid by you will be refunded within 7 days of notification to you. Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid to us for the holiday period.
